About the Role
Astraea is seeking to hire an exceptional leader to the newly created position of Director of Employee Experience and Human Resources. As the Director of Employee Experience and Human Resources at Astraea, you'll be at the heart of our mission, dedicated to enhancing the employee experience and leading our HR strategy and function.  This role isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to lead a revolution in the way we work, combining the best of employee-centric initiatives with the critical responsibilities of HR.

About You
As our new Director of Human Resources and Employee Experience, you will be a proven HR leader with expertise in people-experience, culture, and organizational development. You will also bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of fostering an inclusive workplace. Importantly, you will also bring a deep commitment to Astraea’s mission and feminist values of being an organization that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
