We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Office Manager / Project Coordinator within our rapidly growing Hong Kong office in Central.

 

The Office Manager / Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing client accounts and projects as well as assisting with day-to-day running of the office. The successful applicant will serve as the primary administrative point of liaison with our clients as well as candidates, ensuring that our search processes run smoothly and on schedule. Working closely with a consultant, you will take ownership of and responsibility for client relationship management a portfolio of 15-20 projects simultaneously.

 

Main duties include:

Managing client accounts and projects;
Organising mail, couriers, stationery and office supplies;
Data entry and database management;
Assisting with accounts and management of the credit card system;
Assisting with the coordination of travel for the office and supporting consultants by managing diaries.

 

Person Specification:

excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
high level of computer literacy (Word, Excel and Power Point);
ability to be articulate and clear, both in person and on the telephone, and confident liaising with leaders at the most senior level;
solutions-focused and results-driven and thrive in a challenging time-sensitive environment whilst remaining calm under pressure and handle all situations appropriately with care and integrity;
highly organised with an outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-level of service;
positive, enthusiastic and a great team player, as well as highly capable of working independently;
flexible work ethic, demonstrated initiative and ability to think outside the box;
strong appreciation and understanding of the importance of punctuality, responsibility and discretion required for this role;
commitment to the mission and values of the Perrett Laver;

 

Desirable:

degree educated;
experience in working with high profile clients;
prior experience working within a similar role or within an office environment.
