The School of Management at the Politecnico di Milano is now extending an invitation for expressions of interest for an Assistant Professor position in Sustainability, Purpose and Performance Management. The chosen candidate will become part of the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering and contribute to the TIRESIA (Technology, Innovation and REsearch for Social ImpAct: https://www.tiresia.polimi.it/) research team.
The successful candidate will hold a PhD in Sustainability Management or a closely related discipline such as Organization Management, Business Administration, Economics or Information Systems. They will have an emerging track record of research excellence and a proven ability to inspire and actively engage students in the learning process. The School of Management has strong ties to industry partners and therefore, this individual will also have the capacity to build and sustain networks with both academic and external stakeholders.
