We now seek an exceptional Head of Senior to join us in August 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our high performing Senior School while building strong collaborative relationships across the BSM community. As a key member of our Whole School Leadership Team, our Head of Senior will play a key role in leading our school into an exciting new stage in its development.

The successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader and a reflective collaborator. Innovative, highly motivated and learning focused, our new Head of Senior will inspire a high performing Senior School Leadership Team, while building strong partnerships with peers to contribute effectively to the overall development of BSM. Experience in international education is required, as is an understanding of British style and IBDP curriculum delivery and development.

BSM follows Child Protection and Safeguarding policies in line with UK standards; all successful candidates will be required to submit a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate and a full range of pre-employment checks will be undertaken upon appointment.
