Founded in 1943, the Tecnológico de Monterrey is the largest private nonprofit, multi-campus university system in Mexico and Latin America. Encompassing 26 campuses and 18 international offices, the Tecnológico de Monterrey is supported by civil associations of outstanding leaders from all over the country who are committed to quality higher education.

The School of Engineering and Sciences is looking to hire a leading Professor to join the school as part of the Faculty of Excellence campaign. The School is particularly interested in individuals who can contribute to one of two key strategic impact areas; Health or Industrial Transformation. Within Health, they are seeking individuals who are using engineering to provide solutions to the physical and mental challenges related to aging application. Within Industrial Transformation, they are seeking individuals working in mobility who are tacking issues such as urban transportation, electrification and autonomy.

As the #1 initiative of the Tecnológico de Monterrey's Strategic Plan, the Faculty of Excellence hiring campaign aims to attract extraordinary, world-renowned professors in key disciplines to the institution over the next five years. They are seeking talent with unparalleled academic credentials, outstanding and recognized research and scholarly achievements, extensive international networks and a deep understanding of the global context and current challenges we face. These professors will stand out due to their determination to advance purposeful, conscious and impactful initiatives.

In addition to an attractive hiring package with funds allocated for research, publication and other activities related to their role as thought-leaders, Tec will provide personalized relocation services for new faculty members and their families, as well as a competitive benefit package.
