We now seek a new Principal for ESF Discovery College, a vibrant and forward-thinking community and high-performing school. As an ESF Principal you will be empowered to drive change, manage complex issues, innovate and continually improve outcomes. We seek a world-class leader who can build on Discovery College’s many existing strengths and lead it forward with vision and ambition. The appointee will offer significant senior leadership and management experience, strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrable track record in cultivating innovation. A commitment to contributing to the wider development and strategic direction of ESF as a member of the Executive Leadership Committee is essential.
