Digital Science is transforming how global research is conducted, and we're seeking an exceptional Chief Product Officer to accelerate this mission. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our product strategy and innovation across our product portfolio, directly impacting how researchers worldwide discover, analyse, and share groundbreaking work.
As our Chief Product Officer, you will unify and elevate our product organisation during a pivotal growth and development phase. You'll shape not just our product roadmap, but the very culture of innovation that drives our success. Working closely with market segment leaders and our technology teams, you'll ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of research technology while delivering measurable value to our diverse customer communities.
The role demands a proven product leader who has successfully guided complex global portfolios and built high-performing teams. You should bring deep expertise in human-centred design and data-driven decision-making, complemented by an ability to communicate product vision across all organisational levels. Your experience in driving organisational transformation will be essential as you establish unified product operations and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
