This is an exciting time to be joining Royal Holloway. We are implementing a programme of strategic change and are looking for experienced and focused individuals to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Nearing the completion of a £100million+ capital investment programme, the College has a renewed sense of purpose to deliver excellence and innovation.

The Professional Services team is at the centre of this inspiring and transformational change and is pivotal to the institution’s success moving forward. Following a complete restructure of the Professional Services function, we are looking for a Director of Student Services who will build upon our current success, lead the newly formed team and enable our students to succeed and fulfil their potential.

With responsibility for developing a diverse and engaging non-academic campus life, the Director will cement our reputation as a top ranked institution for student experience and satisfaction and will play an essential role in the development of our “Student First” agenda. Leading on the delivery of outstanding support for students, the Director will develop a comprehensive range of responsive and supportive student services across the College.

Reporting to the Director of Academic Services and working closely with senior members of staff and the College Student Union, this role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who is looking to achieve a significant positive impact on student life at Royal Holloway.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 1st October 2017.

The College is actively promoting diversity in its workforce and welcomes applications from all sections of the community, particularly people from ethnic minority backgrounds and those with disabilities.
