Reporting directly to James Worland, Head of Secondary Campus, this individual will drive the learner experiences in Years 10-13 to establish Alice Smith at the cutting edge of educational wellbeing and personalisation. The creation of this post signals our intent to become an agenda-setting school in learner experiences. In making this crucial appointment, we value diversity of experience and thought.
