RSM is seeking an outstanding candidate to succeed Mr Marcus Culverwell as Head when he retires in 2026 after 20 years of exceptional leadership. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with the Head and Board of RGS, as well as the other junior school Heads, in shaping the future of one of the UK’s most strategic and successful groups of schools. The postholder will deliver a vision to maintain RSM’s position as a market leader offering a truly world-class preparatory education for girls ​and boys ​in Reigate.  This is an exciting opportunity to build on the School’s considerable existing strengths and ensure it continues to flourish in a rapidly changing educational landscape.

A collaborative and visible leader, the successful candidate will need to be a strong ambassador for RSM and the RGS Group.
