Branksome Hall Asia seeks an exceptional leader and dedicated educator with first class interpersonal skills as our next Head of School.

Founded in 2012 and nestled in the heart of Jeju’s Global Education City (GEC), Branksome Hall Asia is an international day and boarding school, educating over 1,100 students from Junior Kindergarten Prep through to Grade 12. We are proud to be Jeju’s only full-continuum IB World School and the recipient of the 2021 ISC Research International School of the Year award. Branksome Hall Asia is a successful school on the cusp of a new and strategically important stage in its evolution.

 Our new Head of School will have an exciting opportunity to build purposefully on our existing strengths to set a growth strategy for excellence grounded in our vision to be the pre-eminent educational community of globally minded learners and leaders.  They will help us to fully realize our growth potential in terms of enrolment and will successfully embed co-education, as well as work closely with the Principal at Branksome Hall in Canada, Grace McCallum. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to lead a dynamic international school and be a pivotal member of a global Branksome Hall community with deep roots in Canada. This role holds exciting opportunities to build further connectivity and collaboration between the two schools, fostering a truly international educational experience for our students and faculty.

The successful candidate will be a community-oriented school leader dedicated to students, parents, faculty, and educational excellence. They will possess a sound understanding of the business dimension of successful modern school leadership, and first-class communication and relationship-building skills to connect positively across our diverse community and with our sister school in Canada.  A strong track record of highly successful school leadership experience and demonstrable experience in international education is essential, as is the personal authority and gravitas to act as a powerful ambassador for Branksome Hall Asia and drive enrolment in a competitive market.
