Job Duties

The College now seeks an outstanding Campaigns Director with the expertise, energy and ambition to ensure Eton has the resources to facilitate the next exciting chapter of its strategic plan. Reporting directly to, and working closely with, the Development Director, this individual will be an expert in major donor fundraising with the skills and drive to contribute to the continued success of an organisation at the forefront of educational excellence.

Requirements

The appointed candidate will combine a track record of successful major donor fundraising (gifts of £100,000 plus) with proven experience of managing and directing large, complex campaigns. A highly motivated self-starter, he or she will be able to work independently whilst also possessing first class communication skills, significant drive, confidence, initiative and flexibility. Previous experience in the education sector is not a requirement but Eton’s values and commitment to excellence must demonstrably resonate with candidates.
