In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients, candidates and colleagues receive exceptional administration across all areas of the business. 

The main responsibilities of the post are outlined below. However, as with all employees of Perrett Laver, the willingness to be flexible and take on additional tasks and responsibilities when appropriate is essential.

  • Work closely with a Consultant and/or wider Project Management team to drive the search process and business development activity forward.
  • Take responsibility for the administrative management and communications with clients and candidates (across a portfolio of 15-20 projects).
  • Ensure our clients, candidates and colleagues receive exceptional administration.
  • Proactively  provide  business  development  support  to the wider Project Management team and consultants; 
  • Contribute to team spirit and work ethic, ensuring a high quality of Project Management Team output. 

You will be degree-educated and, as such, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are highly organised, with outstanding attention to detail; sharing our passion for consistently delivering excellent quality work with a strong customer service ethos. Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to liaise with individuals at the most senior level. Solutions-focused, and results-driven, you will thrive on challenge, remain calm under pressure, and handle all situations appropriately with care and integrity. As you will be at the heart of the business, it is crucial that you are positive, enthusiastic and a great team player, and yet highly capable of working independently.
